Official documentation

MINDRAW brings together how the athlete feels, activity data and changes over time to add context to training.

What is MINDRAW for?

MINDRAW helps athletes and coaches observe three complementary dimensions:

  • today’s state, reported during check-in: sleep, energy, stress, motivation and sensations;
  • response to effort, from activities: pace, heart rate, elevation, cadence, power and temperature when available;
  • change over time, through the runner profile, trends, comparisons and weekly summaries.

MINDRAW does not try to reduce a person to a score. A measurement only becomes meaningful alongside its history, data quality and session context.

Keep in mind

MINDRAW supports observation and decision-making. It does not provide a diagnosis and does not replace a doctor, physiologist or controlled test.
