Runner profile
The Runner profile aggregates several activities to describe athlete trends. It becomes more representative as MINDRAW receives varied, good-quality sessions.
What the profile includes
- total volume and session count;
- reference and estimated VO₂max;
- aerobic threshold;
- average heart-rate zone distribution;
- aerobic decoupling;
- VAM and mountain-terrain behaviour;
- cadence and stride length;
- acute load, chronic load and form balance;
- distance, pace and heart-rate trends.
Where is it?
- Athlete: My profile in the main navigation.
- Coach: open an athlete, then their Runner profile.
Charts are summaries. To explain a change, always return to the activities that make up the period.
info
A reliable personal reference improves context, but the profile can begin to develop without a reference VO₂max.
