Runner profile

The Runner profile aggregates several activities to describe athlete trends. It becomes more representative as MINDRAW receives varied, good-quality sessions.

What the profile includes

  • total volume and session count;
  • reference and estimated VO₂max;
  • aerobic threshold;
  • average heart-rate zone distribution;
  • aerobic decoupling;
  • VAM and mountain-terrain behaviour;
  • cadence and stride length;
  • acute load, chronic load and form balance;
  • distance, pace and heart-rate trends.

Where is it?

  • Athlete: My profile in the main navigation.
  • Coach: open an athlete, then their Runner profile.

Charts are summaries. To explain a change, always return to the activities that make up the period.

info

A reliable personal reference improves context, but the profile can begin to develop without a reference VO₂max.
