Progress, comparison and week
Three views complement the runner profile:
Progress
Progress shows how key indicators change over time. A trend across several sessions is generally more useful than an isolated record.
Comparison
Compare places two periods or session groups side by side. Choose periods that are coherent in volume, terrain and purpose.
Weekly summary
Week brings together the last seven days:
- distance, duration and elevation;
- training load;
- average heart rate;
- form status derived from acute and chronic load;
- check-ins, sleep, stress and mental score;
- recent activity list.
warning
A high load is not automatically bad, and a low load is not automatically desirable. The week’s objective, training phase and subjective state determine the interpretation.
