Daily check-in

The check-in describes your current state in about thirty seconds. It covers five dimensions rated from 1 to 10:

  • sleep;
  • energy;
  • motivation;
  • focus;
  • stress.

Stress works in the opposite direction to the other dimensions: a higher value reduces the mental score.

Where is it?

  • On desktop and mobile, open Check-in in the main navigation.
  • Set each slider according to how you genuinely feel.
  • Add a note when useful context should be recorded.
  • Submit it once for the day.

The mental score out of 100 changes as you answer. It provides a quick summary, but the five answers and note remain more informative than the score alone.

tip

Answer at a similar time each day, preferably before reviewing sports results. This reduces the influence of session outcomes on your reported state.

warning

The check-in measures personal perception. It is neither a psychological diagnosis nor a medical test.
