First setup

A complete profile improves activity interpretation. Under My profile, prioritise:

  1. your date of birth;
  2. your gender, used for indicative VO₂max classifications;
  3. your weight and height;
  4. your main sport;
  5. your reference VO₂max, if you have a usable value.

Where are these settings?

  • On desktop, open My profile at the bottom of the left sidebar.
  • On mobile, tap Account in the bottom navigation bar.
  • Scroll to the Weight, Height and Reference VO₂max fields.

The maximum heart rate recorded in an activity is used when it is available in the analysis context. Without a usable personal value, MINDRAW may estimate a maximum from age using 220 − age. This is convenient but may differ significantly from your actual maximum.

tip

For a useful first reading, import several representative activities rather than one exceptional session.

After setup, complete check-ins regularly and under similar conditions whenever possible. Trends become more useful when answers are frequent and activities contain continuous heart-rate data.
