First setup
A complete profile improves activity interpretation. Under My profile, prioritise:
- your date of birth;
- your gender, used for indicative VO₂max classifications;
- your weight and height;
- your main sport;
- your reference VO₂max, if you have a usable value.
Where are these settings?
- On desktop, open My profile at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- On mobile, tap Account in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the Weight, Height and Reference VO₂max fields.

Documentation example: the displayed values are fictional.
Recommended order
Create the account→Complete profile and VO₂max→Import an activity→Check and analyse
The maximum heart rate recorded in an activity is used when it is available in
the analysis context. Without a usable personal value, MINDRAW may estimate a
maximum from age using 220 − age. This is convenient but may differ
significantly from your actual maximum.
tip
For a useful first reading, import several representative activities rather than one exceptional session.
After setup, complete check-ins regularly and under similar conditions whenever possible. Trends become more useful when answers are frequent and activities contain continuous heart-rate data.
